Blackstone (NYSE:BX) today announced that its Board of Directors has set the record and distribution dates for the spin-off of its financial and strategic advisory services, restructuring and reorganization advisory services and Park Hill Group businesses, which will be combined with PJT Capital, a global independent financial advisory firm founded by Paul J. Taubman, to form an independent, publicly-traded company called PJT Partners Inc. (“PJT”). On October 1, 2015, the distribution date, each Blackstone common unitholder of record will receive one share of Class A common stock of PJT for every 40 common units of Blackstone held as of the close of business on September 22, 2015, the record date for the distribution.

New York, NY, September 8, 2015 – The Blackstone Charitable Foundation today announced it is now accepting applications for the 2016 Blackstone Innovation Grants program, an annual program that awards a series of targeted grants to innovative organizations focused on entrepreneurship and job growth. Now in the fourth year of the program, the Foundation will award up to $5 million in grants to organizations that are tackling the big challenges facing entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

New York/Mumbai, July 30, 2015: Blackstone (NYSE: BX) today announced that a private equity fund managed by Blackstone Singapore on behalf of its private equity investors has sold its 97.9% stake in Agile Electric Sub Assembly Private Limited (“Agile”), an Indian electric motor manufacturer, to Igarashi Electric Works Ltd (“IEWL”) along with MAPE Securities Private Limited, Alpha FDI Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Tata Capital Growth Fund.

He will be the Chief Investment Officer for Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS), reporting to Mike Nash, who continues as the Global Head of BREDS. Boca Raton, Florida, June 15, 2015. Phoenix Tower International (“PTI”), owned by funds managed by Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities business, announces the acquisition of T4U Holding Brasil, S.A. (“T4U”). The acquisition is to be structured as a merger of T4U into PTI’s existing Brazilian tower business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
